LIVING LIGHT

The living light was developed by Ermi van Oers in collaboration with Plant-e. This product is an amalgamation of nature and technology, in which energy is harvested from photosynthesis processes without harming the growth processes of the plant. Three integrated LEDs 'breathe' in and out by touching the plant, creating magical shadows. Using hand-blown glass, and parts from an 3D printer, every Living light is a balanced mix of handicraft and technology.
